Useless service.....they always work for the seller...as they know they are getting paid from them....if you are dealing with then as a buyer dont get caught in ther phone calls of .....ohhh the buyer prefera you and all that crapdo your research and always bid the lowest possible...as these winkworth people will suck the blood out of you if they can

GoogleAvoid at all costs, damaged property before we moved in, didn't fix it, charged us for services we didn't want. Left our flat in dis-repair we couldn't use the washing machine as they ignored our e-mails that it was broken. Will try and take as much from you as possible and will do as little in possible in return. Nightmare estate agent.

Decided to end the contract for the tenancy and I was reliable to pay until the new tenant moved in. Winkworth were not bothered to look for someone sooner, took their time while I already left the flat. Ended up paying one+ month for an empty flat. My request to find someone sooner than 2 months in advance was simply ignored!

Fantastic experience with Winkworth Kensal Rise Branch! We were tenants for 2 years, and during this period no request was too big, nor too complicated! All issues were resolved within the day, with a friendly and clear approach. Excelent customer service, attention and care for both tenants and landlords. Highly recommend!

Lied to us at the house about the bills and finishes, took our money and hounded us to move in (nearly £2000 a month, so not a cheap rental), zero customer service, no follow up with us in three months even though we're still having loads of issues with the place.

I’ve spoken to Winkworth before. They are not that helpful although I’ve known about them for years. I don’t know about estate agents because I’ve never used one myself. I wouldn’t speak to them again. They weren’t very good and they were quite rude. It’s practically impossible to avoid them unfortunately

Excellent skills of the experienced lettings manager Natasha Conti who does her utmost at managing landlord's letting as her own and ensuring a happy medium with tenants. No bluff or sales talk ending up in high expectations followed by months of voids and disappointments. This is a very honest agency giving good sound advice.

Should vet out the renting tenants. I now have neighbours from hell living next door where this has always been a quite respectful place to live. We are all hoping they dont pay the rent and get evicted sooner rather than later before they have totally trashed the property
