UK Sotheby's International Realty reviews

Becky and the Sotherby's team recently helped me to sell my apartment for a good price in a very difficult market. The quality of service was excellent, and I would particularly highlight the high quality communications. There were also times when the solicitors were going head to head that Becky played an invaluable role in guiding all parties to a workable solution. I am normally sceptical of the fee structure that all estate agents use (% of sales value) which seems to penalise those with high quality, well presented and expensive properties. That said, I would say that Becky truly deserved her fee. There are less expensive estate agents than Sotherby's but my overarching view is that I experienced value for money. I would highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience buying through Shana. She was incredibly responsive, supportive, knowledgeable, empathetic and attentive to my needs, throughout the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a property in the UK and Shana went above and beyond, guiding me through every step of the process, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I could not recommend Shana enough, her professionalism and dedication as an agent was exactly what I needed as a buyer.

We’ve been working very closely with Pritesh for quite some time already and it has always been an absolute pleasure to work with him. His work ethic is commendable, always remained professional and on many occasions used his exceptional problem solving skills to deal with challenging situations. Pritesh is someone who can be fully relied on and his excellent communication skills have often been key to resolving matters swiftly and efficiently. He has helped us deal with major issues in several properties and has sorted out promptly various matters that keep arising constantly. I would highly recommend Pritesh to our clients and partners!

Incredible experience, thank you to Becky & James who managed to sell our property with such attentiveness and dedication. Their advice and input went above and beyond what I would usually expect. Their knowledge of the market and the sales process was 5*. The result was that they were able to list and close in 3 months at a time when previous agents had failed to get the job done. The property sold at the price we wanted, so we couldn’t be happier.

As tenants we got to know Pritesh when he joined Rokstone in 2023. Pritesh is a very educated, professional and reliable person. He is quick to respond to any request and ready to find solutions for any problem at the Property. His way of working is very efficient and straightforward. We very much appreciate Pritesh’s efforts and are happy to have him as our contact at Sotheby’s.

As tenants we have been working closely with Pritesh since he started his role with Rokstone in 2023. He is professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to mapping the best resources to whatever challenge presents. He does a nice job of mediating between landlord and tenant to find solutions that work for all parties. We were not having a positive experience with the property management services at Rokstone prior to his arrival given the lack of general maintenance and attention to the property- he has been instrumental in resolving both short and long term issues at the house while maintaining his professionalism at every turn. We are very happy Pritesh has joined the team!

I have been a client of Sotheby's…

I have been a client of Sotheby's International Realty for a number of years now and feel compelled to write a brief review to highlight the fact that my experience of working with them has been a pleasure over this period. The level of professionalism and efficiency they have shown collectively as a team has been second to none in particular that shown by Andy Berthier (Head or Property Management) and James Somers (Lettings Director).

Olivia McSweeney is very attentive & professional thru out. She bespoke our specification meticulously and selected the properties which matched our requirements to enable us to make a speedy decision. We particularly appreciated her taking care of the entire process from A to Z including negotiations, reaching out to the landlord and smoothing our path until the finish line. We have no hesitation in recommending Olivia to friends and family.
