Purchased residential through them. Incredibly A to B, very tight communication. I work in commercial property and have never had a sale as smooth as the one I had with Stirling Ackroyd. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotPetty scamsters
Refused to get a serious issue fixed, and instead decided to serve notice. Only use them if you like being kicked out at the middle of your agreement.

GoogleStirling Ackroyd did an excellent job in selling my apartment. I found some other estate agents either a bit snotty, or too much like a hard sell. The guys at Stirling pitched the whole sale process well. Thanks for an excellent job.

We had our rental property with SA for around 14 years and they we're awesome. We sold it recently and they handled the sale too, which was also very well dealt with, particularly because we are living in Melbourne, Australia.
