You have taken the time to understand what I was looking for and you always put my interests first. I genuinely appreciated your honest feedback on each property I visited with you. At no point did I feel like you were not on my side. There are not many real estate agents that would have shown that level of care.
Furthermore, the care didn't stop when I found the right property! You put me in contact with diligent surveyors and laywers too. Throughout the due diligence and completion period, you stayed in the loop, maintaining the momentum with all parties involved to ensure a very smooth exchange and completion.
You clearly know your sector inside out and I am highly grateful of all the help, support and professionalism I was the recipient of.
