I have had the pleasure of working with Darcy Hunt and Will Pitt at Sotheby's. Both were superb to work with and during a very tight timeframe to exchange contracts were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome for both parties. Real tenacity, team work and sensitivity was needed, and both Darcy and Will were brilliant. The sellers were delighted and no hesitation in recommending them both, and the Sotheby's London team.

I want to take a moment to highlight the conduct of MARCUS O’BRIEN, Head of Family Office, Consultant. There are serious concerns about the way he treats people, including behavior that has been experienced as racially insensitive and, at times, abusive. This is not just about one incident, it raises broader questions about accountability and the culture being allowed to exist. When someone in a senior position behaves this way, it inevitably reflects on the wider business environment. It makes you wonder what standards are actually being upheld, and what other issues may be going unaddressed behind the scenes. This isn’t something that should be ignored.

Maria Oliveros is an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to Sotheby’s International Reality. As a Prime Central London buyers agent I work with many agents and Maria always has access to London finest properties, is a talented negotiator, astute problem solver and does whatever it takes to make a deal happen. I’ve worked on many transactions with Maria over the years and I have to say she is by far one of the top if not THE top broker in Prime Central London. Highly recommend!

Polina accompanied us through the process of buying a property under construction in London. Polina was service-oriented, professional and attentive to every question and need that arose even after signing the purchase agreement and until the actual delivery of the property. It was a pleasure to work with her.

I was a tenant in one of Sotheby's properties for 4 years, and I was lucky enough to have Andy Berthier as my property manager for 2 years. Andy is by far the most responsive, reliable, and trustworthy property manager I've ever dealt with. I could trust him to sort things out, he is not only extremely competent but also very pleasant and a pleasure to interact with. Happy tenant here, wish I didn't have to move!

The team was incredibly supportive and I felt really good about having such a positive experience - especially since I was battling a few personal things and did not want to add property to the list! Thank you, Simon and the team.

James Somers and I recently closed on an exclusive property in Belgravia (London) and the deal never would've happened without his expertise. James is a pleasure to work with especially across international time zones (I'm in NYC). He is smart, responsive, understands the market and is able to pivot quickly under pressure. I highly recommend James for your real estate needs and wish him all the best. I know I'll be sending all my London referrals his way!

I wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience working with Maria Oliveros. Having known Maria for many years, we’ve always valued our relationship, and working with her again has only reaffirmed how exceptional she is. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is an absolute expert in her field. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail made every aspect of our experience seamless, and her ability to handle even the most challenging situations with grace and professionalism was truly impressive. Maria’s communication skills are second to none. She made sure we were always informed and guided us through every step with clarity and confidence. We were consistently impressed by how quickly she responded to our questions and the thoughtful, patient way she approached each interaction. It’s rare to encounter someone so naturally gifted at both problem-solving and client relations. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be represented by Maria once again. She made a significant difference in the process of our deal, and we look forward to collaborating with her on many more in the future. Thank you, Maria, for your exceptional service, we’ll definitely be reaching out again soon!

If you're looking for an estate agent who’s a total powerhouse, Alice Chan at Sotheby’s is your person. Not only did she sell my flat at a record-breaking price, but she was also consistently responsive, hardworking, friendly, funny, and always one step ahead. She was able to calm us down even at stressful moments. I honestly think she might have magic powers, she got me the highest price in the building, and I didn’t even have to lift a finger (until I had to move out). Highly recommend her if you want results that’ll make you do a happy dance!
