Mr Alex Whiting has been simply amazing! He always gave us speedy and informative replies, even when he was not in office or was in his holidays. He didn't only provided the information we requested, but often went above and beyond by giving us a lot of reference information to help us make a good decision. Whenever an issue appeared, he always proactively contacted relative parties to solve it. GoogleI was driving when one of your agents, driving a silver car (registration GJ71 OZP), suddenly came out from a parking spot without signaling. He completely ignored a skateboard rider and almost hit her. It was a really dangerous and careless move. Please remind your team that being in a rush for a client is no excuse for putting others at risk.

Most recently she arranged maintenance on site same day for a minor issue and resolution by the following weekend.
