As a buyer I had a terrible experience with these people. They are horrible people, very unprofessional and incompetent. They were very aggressive after the offer was accepted, pushing for a completion date less than 30 days after offer was accepted, and were very rude in their communication until exchange. After completion, I had some issues to do with the state of the house and the fixtures and they were not forwarding my communication to the sellers, weren't responsive to my emails and offered no support in getting all keys to the property. AVOID!!!!EDIT: As most businesses do, KnightFrank was quick to reply to my review with some copy - pasted content. In my interactions with them they never said sorry when they were wrong or made mistakes, it's funny to see it the first time in a public reply to a review. Optics matter, doing your job and being professional doesn't.

GoogleThe worst of the worst. We are a family of 5 3 being young kids under 4. We had a long list of issues which would take months for them to address or respond. The worst part is we suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and mould issues. We was told we was lucky there wasn’t a Tragedy. To top this all off they tried to steal money from our deposit and then give us bad referencing due to their mistakes. Beware when taking any properties they manage as you will be suffering as we did.

GoogleFahed Saroya! What’s an absolute incredible property manager he has been. I’ve been with Knight Frank for the last 4 years and my only issue was the fact I never had one point of contact. As it seemed knights franks staff were continuously changing. So I constantly had to repeat myself or chase issues for months, which was a real nightmare. Once Fahed Saroya became my property manager, his efficiency and proactive management style has been absolutely incredible!! He visited my apartment for a checkup and fixed all faults I was experiencing by chasing engineers to attend my property within days. Faults that i casually decided to live with because of the previous issues I had chasing previous property managers who failed to refer these issues to an engineer. Fahed level of professionalism has been unbelievable! I had all intentions of moving out this year due to the previous management style but with Fahed here, I will absolutely be renewing my tenancy agreement. 5 Star ratings!

Following a personal recommendation from my sister in law for the excellent service that she had received from Knight Frank estate agents re the selling of her home I chose Knight Frank Worcester to sell my home in Worcestershire. I was not disappointed with the excellent service provided by their Worcester office from valuation through to exchange of contracts. The valuation range for my property was accurate and a fair reflection of market prices for my property. This not only encouraged potential buyers to visit property it meant that an acceptable offer was made within a short period of time avoiding the frustration of having to reduce the price. Lines of communication between the Knight Frank team handling the sale of my property between myself,buyer and solicitor was first class. I reported an unusual noice emanating from a water boiler. Daniel, at KnightFrank quickly arranged for a technical assessment to be carried out.A technician called and discovered worn out components and again Daniel stepped in to gain approval for rectification work to be sanctioned. This work was carried out 12 June. Now, there is no noise from the boiler, and the shower unit works perfectly. Very effectively managed.
