GoogleI worked with Abigail Turston on finding an apartment to rent under a tight time scehdule... out of several agents from different broker agencies she was by far the best. she didn't waste my time, listened to what I was looking for and found me the best option. Then she was very helpful in the letting process and was always very responsive... highly recommended

What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. GoogleIf I could give this a zero star, I would. No idea how they could have such a high rating!! Esp as everyone I personally know who has used Knight Frank also had horrendous experiences. There is a high level of incompetence and they make it quite clear that you are just another cheque to them. (And when I say everyone, I have probably had to speak to over 25 diff employees when I used to be a tenant). People who work here also seem to leave quite regularly, which also says a lot about the company. But that also leaves you hanging and having to go over again and again whatever problems you were originally trying to resolve. We had moved to an apartment managed by Knight Frank and despite the hefty price tag, had major problems from day 1. Every month or so, something would break or go wrong, through no fault of our own. Knight Frank never seemed to be that concerned to get things resolved and instead, left us living in discomfort for long periods. The worse was when there was a major fire hazard-which took them about 6 months to resolve. Meaning, we were living with a serious fire hazard for all that time. When they finally acknowledged it was dangerous (after I insisted an independent engineer from Bosch was sent) they simply turned the stove, etc off…leaving us without amenities to cook for almost 3 months. The engineer told me he was shocked there wasn’t a major fire or that we didn’t have a serious accident in that time. And he immediately turned it all off. And then there were a host of other things like leaks, poor plumbing, appliances breaking down, etc. Nor were we ever reimbursed for all the nightmare and uncomfortable living we had to endure for the entire time we were there. In the one year or so that we lived there, we had about 50 engineers/repairmen come to see various faults. When we left, they even tried to charge us for some of these faults! And it also took many months of having to push and follow up before we eventually got our deposit back. Without a doubt, one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with. Avoid them if possible.

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!
