We were stuck in France throughout but Tim Perks and Hussein El-Aboody took that in their stride. They found good buyers and got sensible and reasonable terms. We were always well informed and helped at all points. Hussein was constantly involved in navigating our situation ranging from good and thoughtful negotiating to helping to manage covering removals and preparation for the excellent cleaning of the flat.
