NO ONE replies, NO ONE available on the phones.... NO ONE or anyone there gives a dam with selling anyone a house... Lies, Lies and more lies... You telephone them and your told that there is NO ONE in Birmingham's office to sell you a home.... or an apartment.... They a very swanky office in Birmingham City Centre and yet it seems NO ONE works there..... Why does it not allow me to put no stars on here......

Stole part of my deposit for spurious reasons; charged £240 (!!) for a grand total of 1h of cleaning in a 30-sqm studio that had already been professionally cleaned; will withhold deposit to collect interest on until you start writing strongly worded emails; property manager was a joke to deal with and had to be constantly chased or nothing would happen. Overall: very bad.

It turns out not all estate agents are the same, Knight Frank, Fulham, were exceptional. In a difficult market they succeeded where others had failed, and they did so through market knowledge, professionalism, good communication with buyer and seller, focus, hard work and perseverance. And they achieved all this with a friendly manner and a sense of humour.
