Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleWe found our dream home in Wapping with Knight Frank. Lily Weafer was our property manager for almost 3 years. Lily has been amazing and we would recommend working with her to any of our friends. She has always been so prompt in her responses. Lily has always paid attention to any concerns we had, providing us with advice when needed. Probably one of the most important things - she has been keeping a good relationship between us and the landlord even when any issues were arising with the apartment. Lily has always been very kind in all communication, very understanding to our concerns. Anytime we needed something fixed - she made sure this was completed as soon as possible. We were very happy with her being our property manager. Thank you very much Lily!

GoogleJust moved into my place yesterday and my experience with Knight Frank has been absolutely excellent. Jon Gittins is the agent who’s seen through the whole process with me and he constantly went above and beyond to help me and answer all the millions of questions I fired his way. For the viewings he was incredibly accommodating and engaging, taking a real interest in what I was saying - a breath of fresh air honestly. He even left a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for me which was a lovely surprise when I arrived! 100% recommend this organisation if you’re looking to move - this is my first home so if you’re in a similar position, rest assured you will be taken care of.

GoogleWe have been living in our property on the Isle of Dogs for approximately three years, and had Charlotte Moore as our property manager for the previous 18 months or so. We have had a number of issues at the property, which Charlotte has been quick to attend to and follow up with our landlord, who is sometimes fairly hard to get hold of!! Most recently, Charlotte helped us to negotiate a persistent issue at the property, which she has been chasing for us over the past year. Finally we have managed to get a resolve to this having been waiting for more than 14 months - Charlotte has been patient and understanding of our frustration, and has persevered in following up with this, despite no longer being assigned to manage our house. Thank you very much Charlotte for your support - it has not gone unnoticed by the tenants and is much appreciated!

He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems .
