Laetitia Hodson recently helped me with my apartment search in the Alps. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. No request for information is too much trouble. She is clearly focused on finding the best possible property for her clients regardless of budget or location. I would also add that she is very patient, my personal property search took a very long time! Laetitia help in explaining the various processes involved in buying a property overseas was invaluable. She was also on hand to make connections to mortgage brokers, accountants, notaries etc. I would thoroughly recommend using her if you are looking at buying a property in France.

Fran is a gem!

5 minutes into our house valuation we knew Fran was 'the one' for us. During our initial meeting she explained the process clearly, didn't blind us with the usual estate agent jargon and made it clear that she would be with us every step of the way. With other estate agents we have been very frustrated with the lack of communication but Fran 'walked the walk' and gave us confidence in Knight Frank. She answered any queries promptly and was proactive throughout the process keeping us fully up to date with all developments. Unfortunately, due to land issues our sale was not as straight forward as expected but Fran dealt with our anxieties offering sound advice and making sure all parties communicated.
