KFH successfully sold our house. Professional and friendly service throughout the process, always flexible with arranging viewings, keeping us updated with feedback. Happy to recommend!

TrustpilotNot value for increasing fees.
Some of their ‘managers’ do not fulfil legitimate needs of owner/occupiers. Bad experience all round but nothing to be done as will not meet with owner/occupiers to discuss. Tired of trying to work with them.
3/5
TrustpilotStrong market pricing vs competitors…
Strong market pricing vs competitors and very good 'front of house' customer service, but difficulty in translating that to the back office. Numerous issues became unduly onerous to address and fix, requiring a lot of heavy intervention from our side before action was taken from KfH.

GoogleGreat experience with KFH and Amanda in particular. Professional, helpful, and personable, out of the near 20 agents I registered with, she was one of the very few that followed up and kept looking for us. Would definitely return for future flat hunting.

TrustpilotNot hugely helpful after the deal was agreed
We have just completed the purchase of a property through KFH. Whilst being communicative and helpful at the start, we felt that the level of service petered off as the transaction progressed.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward St John's Wood Sales hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Westminster.
