We purchased a flat with KFH Peckham this summer. The sales director Jason harassed us with constant calls for updates, telling us the vendor was asking him to be updated, when I had the vendors number and knew they were not asking KFH for updates as I was keeping them completely up to date. KFH also neglected to email us when we requested they do this instead of constantly calling us and interrupting work and even on holiday, when we'd specifically told them not to contact us because we were on holiday. Rude, unprofessional and made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. Glad I no longer have to deal with them, and wouldn't choose them to sell my property with.

GooglePurchased a flat through Mimi from the Bayswater office. Mimi, who exudes positivity, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and was always available to us, despite her busy schedule. She is informative and her experience was evident from her ability to navigate the many hurdles, usual in a sale process especially during the conveyancing stage. Mimi has stayed in touch post- completion, which shows that she truly cares about her clients.

Marina at the East Dulwich office has been amazing in helping us secure a rental property in the area. She was friendly and outgoing from our first enquiry, and has been very attentive when we’ve contacted the office. We also had good experiences with her colleagues when she was away, they typically answered any queries same day. I should also add, our offer was put straight to the landlord and we were not pressured in any way to increase our offer etc.

TrustpilotVery quick and effective at getting in acceptable offers
Very quick and enthusiastic approach to valuing the property and, after deciding to engage them, quickly organised a series of viewings managed by several of their staff in the branch. Achieved a series of offers within their stated timescale which were within the parameters I had expected (although noticeably below the valuation and top range figure - typical in my experience). After acceptance of the offer I felt at times that they were acting for the purchaser rather than me (vendor) when I was hoping for rather more pushback to the purchaser's demands - again fairly typical in my experience as they are focussed on getting the sale to completion and receiving their sizeable commission. I am always surprised at how much agents charge in comparison with solicitors where the legally significant work occurs and where mistakes really can cause huge difficulties. Finally, the bill settling was a little annoying as they kept forgetting the agreed variation made when they were appointed.

GoogleAs mentioned by some reviewers, they sounded professional and polite and willing to help. However, they concealed from us serious issue in the bedroom of our current flat to make the deal happen. They were informed about the issue by the property owner, yet we heard nothing about it from KFH. -- Update: they are unwilling to admit their unfair conduct and making the excuse that the negotiator we met isn't with KFH anymore so they can't do anything.

Who doesn’t love rats eating each other in the kitchen and poo droppings in the toaster? Apparently Sujata at KFH loves it as she said the house is habitable to stay in! Plot twist: The real rats were the ones blaming us for the infestation (saying not to leave the back door open - oh don’t you worry, our deranged neighbours constant screaming alone made us think twice about keeping any entrances open), and failed to mention a shoddy floorboard that directly led to the sewers. Ever since moving in, we have had non stop issues every single month - from dangerously fitted boilers to leaks to finding rats in our bin. Constantly undermined, not being taken seriously and having to chase time after time. Anyway - we’re out now! Tarraaaaa

I liked all the staff in the West Hampstead branch, who were responsive and helpful always.I disliked having always to pay so far in advance to get anything done. Negotiating the maintenance teams who could help before I had a new tenant was very difficult. I regretted moving from my old agent more than once.The new tenants are in almost a month and not a penny of the rent they have paid has yet come to me. I await to see if the payment system is as efficient when it comes to putting the rent in my account.

GoogleQuite simply we are so very glad we went with KFH. We had to sell a property in Queensway/Bayswater area during difficult personal circumstances - and dealing with the team there helped a lot as they were alway friendly, helpful and quite simply ‘human’. Fantastically run outfit by Paul Hyman; and our other point of contact Candy had the drive and hunger to get us a decent buyer during quite a difficult market. Really good people.

GoogleAwful Made an offer on a house via the online portal. Weeks passed with no response. I called and emailed and got no reply and when I asked to speak to the sales manager I was promised a call back. Weeks have passed and no call. I wouldn’t dream of selling a property with them after this horrendous experience. Avoid

I was very fortunate to have Mohammed Ahmed look after the sale of my flat. He was able to line up potential buyers for viewing quickly and was most helpful with any questions that I had. He was professional, communicative and when the paperwork lagged behind, he was there to give the right people a nudge to keep it going to completion. The entire team at KFH has been wonderful. A 5 star rating from me.

TrustpilotKFH unable to put a fix in place
I like in a property in Harrow where the lifts are maintained by KFH. We have 2 lifts in the property, one is always switched off and other is often not working, KFH handle the lift maintenance. Their response time is very poor, they are unable to keep both the lifts working simultaneously so if is faulty the other is working. This last episode has lasted over 48 hours as it went faulty on Friday and still not repaired Monday afternoon. We live on a higher floor and my wife has had knee surgery but this vulnerability does not seem to worry KFH.

KFH were outstandingly patient and tenacious with our sale. Unfortunately we had a couple of false starts with buyers who didn’t get the funds they wanted so that wasted us time & money otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Our eventual sale, including lease extension was fraught and long on the lawyers side not because of KFH. The agents at KFH kept us sane.
