Very proactive. The service was a bit ropey a couple of years ago but there's a new office manager who makes a real effort to know the property, and solve issues rather than ask the landlord (me) to just throw money at a problem

Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.
