She is very professional and takes personal ownership with matters as they arise. Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._

After some back and forth with my previous landlord, the property manager Jada Palmer entirely sorted the issue, she liaised with the landlord after the difficulty I was having. She was quick, efficient and had great all round service, can’t thank her enough for the attentiveness she showed to get this issue resolved.

Great service from Rob C and Dexters Lettings Management team. They have managed my property for 5 years and it’s very reassuring to know that everything is efficiently handled. Importantly for me, they are totally supportive should there be any problems. They appear to be happy to take all the stress from my shoulders!

Received really proactive support from Christian Pengelly, who saved me a huge cost for gas consumption. I didn't know about the over billing and was about to pay. Christian contacted me and warned the potential over billing, what I should do, and supported all comms with the gas supplier. Incredible, thanks a lot!!
