Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.

GoogleAnna was a legend! Her customer service and desire to make everything perfect is second to none. She kept me in the loop of everything each step of the way and always offered her help to make things simpler or easier even arranging a hand over of keys on the 23rd December! I have always been very cautious of estate agents but Anna has 100% changed my opinion. I would highly recommend Anna and the Dexters team. Thank you!

We have recently used Dexters to find out next home and have had an offer agreed. Alice was our main point of contact and she showed us a few lovely places and helped us find the perfect home for us. We have had some bad experiences over the last couple of years with other agents and found Alice's honest and informative style a breath of fresh air.

GoogleI just thought that I should write a quick review to thank Russell Ball of Dexters for his achievement in successfully finding a buyer for my property in Bloomsbury. After 12 months of marketing my property with two local agents without success I thought I would give Dexters a call. I'm glad I did as Russell was very proactive from the start, generating a large number of viewings and resulting in us completing on our sale within just 8 weeks. I will definitely be calling Russell if we decide to move from our new home on John Street.

A huge ‘Than you’ to Paris Marshall Senior Property Manager at Dexters for his speedy response, kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. Paris arranged for the Khinda Building Works Ltd to attend our premises to conduct some repairs. I was very impressed with the contractor’s skills to resolve three different repairs within such a short time. The communication was smooth and the contractor was very punctual. We were badgered by Dexter’s for years so decided last summer to instruct them on a letting. They over promised on the rent they could achieve so we missed the window to secure tenants before the autumn. We also then instructed them to sell as we were receiving no rent . They failed to produce a single credible offer on either basis. We instructed Goldschmidts who found a buyer and at a strong price within a matter of weeks. I’m prompted to write today as we received probably the third cold call from Dexters as the old property is now for rent via the new owners . We told Dexters on at least 2 previous occasions that we had sold the property so I wish they could be more efficient/ professional in all they do.

I had my inspection today with Monika and I honestly just wanted to give some feedback… I have only had her as my property manager for a matter of months but cannot fault her work rate, effort or dedication! She is a true asset to Dexter’s, was fabulous to finally meet her and I really hope she sticks around as she is so quick at providing solutions! Clearly someone who really cares about her job and the people she is working for/with… feel very supported and well looked after!

GoogleI live on the 5th floor of on a block they "maintain & manage" since the 7th November last year the one and only lift has been out of action. I've sent over 40+ emails to their block director John Brady & John Any who have given me multiple excuses on why the lift still isn't fixed. Absolutely avoid using their services at all cost. They have complete disregard for any tenant living in the buildings the manage.

I have used this estate agent for letting my property for nearly 4 years. For the first three years, I couldn’t fault them, but the staff have Changed hands and I would not recommend them. The majority of staff are incompetent they make so many mistakes and their Fees are high. I did complain to the director and it was a waste of my time. My last tenancy agreement they failed to put in a break clause and I’m now unable to break free of them unless I give them vast amounts of money. Although I have to ride this out, I will not be using them again in the future. I do not recommend them.
