Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend Dexters.

5 stars for Remi

I give 5 stars to Remi at Dexters as he is very efficient and he does what he says and always keeps his word. However, in the many years they managed the property I live at, the colleagues that previously managed the property were mot helpful. They would always say they would send the appropriate people to fix things and then they wouldn’t follow through. Something that needs serious improvement is to hire competent, knowledgeable and hard working people to fix things and not send always the same lazy careless people who come and break things even more or they do a easy half fix and leave and email the agency with a pic saying its all fixed. Even worse and out of Dexters control is the council of Westminster sending people to fix windows who come and literally say that the work requires 2 hours and they are not up for it so they patch things up with glue and plastic pieces in 5 min, take a pic and say its done in the middle of the winter with a baby in the house, leaving the window unfixed for a privately rented property.

I felt compelled to strike the keys. My compliments and thanks to Alastair Mercer and Anna Scapens of Dexters Mayfair for their professionalism whilst renting in Mayfair. I have now completed my time/tenancy in Mayfair and have had time to kick back and really absorb their brilliant intelligence, knowledge, guidance, support and importantly their kindness. In light of what people may think of estate agents, Alister and Anna always went beyond the call of duty. And as much as they are part of Dexters Mayfair business, they totally personalised Dexters brand as a trustworthy friend. Whatever questions I had, obstacles I may have stumbled across whilst renting, they dealt with everything with great vigilance and as a priority. Agents MUST and should take note of Alastair Mercer and Anna Scapens. In an industry where people find trust in Estate Agents hard to come by, they have totally reinvented that.

I don't usually write online reviews but in all honesty the Dexters office in Mayfair is amazing. Im not even exaggerating. They are EXTREMELY helpful, nice and polite. Every time I had an issue they fixed it right away. I don't think I ever called them with an issue or matter and they didn't try to resolve it with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that is looking to buy or rent an apartment in the area.
