I had the most horrendous experience ever with dexters old Brompton road office. Particularly with the unprofessional and useless director called Eleanor. She constantly lied to me about the amount of viewings and whether the keys were actually working. Please do not use the service of this agency. It was disorganised and terrible. I had to leave them after 3 weeks where they wasted my time. I will never use these people again.

The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

GoogleOlivia from Dexters was a real help in getting everything settled for the contract and always friendly and helpful. She talked to the landlord and got our offer accepted in a very short time, and would always get back to us soon for whatever enquiry we had. The only downside of our moving in was that the check-in time could not be re-scheduled a bit earlier on the day, but I suppose that had more to do with the inventory firm, rather than the agency itself. Anyway, it was very easy to get everything done and sign the contract, and we‘ve now moved in our new flat :)PositiveProfessionalism
