Spammers. Went in there to look at flats, they took all my info, never helped me find a flat, but they do keep on spamming me (weekly emails) with random flats. I tried unsubscribing, didn't work cause their address is not valid. This is against GDPR by the way.

GoogleLuke (and Alex for the viewings and initial deal) were absolutely brilliant. I have had a rough time of it and they have made things so easy and found me the dream place at a price I could afford in no time. I only rang up 5 days ago and I am almost to contract! I've worked with several of the big companies in london who are too big and the service gets worse as they just dont care but these guys were exactly what I needed. So professional. GoogleMixed service: Signing on and move in process is very smooth, responsive and engaging sales staff. But property management and maintenance team are disappointingly unresponsive once you’re finalised in a Dexters property - ignoring emails for days at a time and leaving actions not taken for weeks without updates or explanations - even when you check in to ask what the status is. Example: it turns out the property I moved into had outstanding utilities bills and companies were threatening to install pay as you go gas meters. I paid these personally, but I haven’t been reimbursed weeks later.

GoogleDexters came very highly recommended and having had some very positive dealings with Luke Evemy at Dexters in the past, I sought him out!.The squeezing of second viewings etc in between other viewings and company meetings was especially beyond the normal service! GoogleMy experience with Cory and Luke (Dexters Marylebone) was exceptional. I had already been on roughly 35 viewings with a few other estate agents over the course of 1.5 weeks... being shown a lot of nonsense and general atrocities via bait and switch (I would inquire about a property and they would show me other properties instead). I was tired and about to give up on the process when Cory called. He had such a positive tone in his voice and he was certain there were 3 particular flats which would suit me. I don't know how he did it... but he somehow managed to convince me to go on a viewing the very next morning. To my surprise - all 3 flats were suitable, beautiful, and within my budget... but one flat in particular was exactly perfect. I put in an offer immediately and I appreciate the professionalism, support, and general positivity from both Cory and Luke throughout the process. Cory has followed-up even after my move-in date to make sure everything had gone well. I now feel like I have the perfect home (for me) and I owe it to Cory and Luke. 100% recommend. Thank you!

GoogleI’ve recently sold my flat and Dexters acted on my behalf. At every stage they helped me through the process (not always easy in Covid times) from putting my property on the market, suggesting excellent solicitors, keeping me in the loop with viewings through to the exchange & completion. Estate agents haven’t always had a good press but from my experience I want to highly recommend this excellent company. Professional, clear, supportive and actually great fun to work with. They are positively awful!! Tried to contact, sent emails and messages, then when it came to now we want to terminate as you haven’t done your job.. the apologies come and blame is distributed far and wide! The tenants have rights too!! The rental tribunal is the next stop!! Don’t use them!
