GoogleNull ! I have never seen incompetent and unprofessional people like these, I am talking about this agency specifically but not Dexter as much as a company. We had a lot of problems in the apartment we rented and the agency did not do its job, did not respect their commitment to us as much as the tenants. Deserves zero stars!

TrustpilotOne aggressive sales person but good management response
I said I was I interested in a flat.A lady called me 3 times in less than a minute the next day.When I finaly picked up, I said I thought it was urgent as I had 3 calls back to back but that I was at work. The lady on the phone insisted, said that if I couldn't make it today or tomorrow before 4pm it would be gone. I said I couldn't, she said "ok" and simply hung up obviously upset without even saying good bye.Management called me back after my bad feedback and was very nice and apologetic saying this is not the way they normally deal with people. So not too bad in the end.

They continue to ignore the many proofs presented against the landlord from his disrepair and several breaches of contract, making it impossible to reach any agreement. Therefore, I’d suggest you have your solicitors ready to take them to court since they will continue to deny everything based merely on their unknowledgeable opinion.
