Had a viewing booked for an apartment and travelled nearly two hours to view it. Turned up and no agent was there, and I didn’t even get a call to say if it had been cancelled/if the flat had been taken. Tried calling them several times but nobody answered. Massive waste of time.

GoogleSadly one of these real estate agents that arrange viewings and don't show up. I had a meeting with Benat and when I called to check if he was still coming I was told that he was on holidays and no one else could come show me the property because it was close to the end of their working day.

Litterally not returning text really unprofessional!skeptic about that zero deposit scheme they are themselves offering!Tried with savillis and signed for a beautiful flat in 2 days!What a shame for such a name!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Very large teams with poor communication between property managers, accounts, tenancy agreements etc as various tasks of lettings are subdivided and given to different members of staff and teams to process. In general I have found that no one takes responsibility, and getting to the right person to sort simple things out for lettings becomes very tedious.
