Try and avoid

Absolutely careless, irresponsible and incompetent staff. Our tenancy contract ended on the 20th of March and as of today, the 27th of April, we have not received our deposit back. Even though we have tried to chase them numerous times, the only thing they came back to us with is that they will get back to us with an update. Nothing yet.

Great experience and better service. I spent more than one month trying to find a flat with different agencies without any luck and they found the perfect one for me in just a couple of views. Super nice people, specially Charlotte who always was happy to help and understanding. I won't move in a long time but if I do it I will contact them again.

I was looking for a place for weeks with different agencies. They have by far the best honest staff, specially Tom who was very attentive and resolved all my doubts. They are always keen to help. I felt safe and sure with my decision with them. The process went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my place and their service!
