Great Experience! Stav was so helpful!

We had a really good experience with Chestertons. Stav in particular was so helpful, calling regularly to check on our search for a rental place and read our minds as he knew our requirements had changed before we even had chance to tell him! I can highly recommend Chestertons

I can highly recommend Chestertons! I have worked with a few letting agencies but this experience really stood out. My agent, Jasmine Birungi went out of her way to answer all of my questions promptly, and supported me throughout the process with a smile. Chestertons operates a portal to upload and store documents, see where you are & what tasks you have, which makes it seamless. The move-in went similarly well, with ample communication on availabilities and all.

Amanda has been property manager for our flat for some 10 years and has always given us excellent service and been available. She is excellent at developing good relationships with tenants which facilitates dealing with difficult situations that might arise. Amanda is also good at managing contractors, ensuring that things are dealt with quickly and at a sensible price. All in all Amanda provides an excellent all round service and is also a nice person to deal with! Now that we have sold the flat we will miss our contact with Amanda. Changing Letting Agencies to Chestertons was the Best Decision

I am a Sydney-based landlord who had used another local lettings agency for 16 years for ease but of late had felt underwhelmed by their recent efforts.
