GoogleWe live in Dubai and needed the help of an agent to help us find a vacation rental. Luckily we were referred to Kurt Steimetz who was extremely helpful. I thought it would be painful working with an agent remotely but he was always available by email and whatsapp and was so accommodating when i asked for a virtual tour of the home. I look forward to working with him again and would definitely recommend his services if you're looking for a home in St John's Wood.

GoogleI viewed dozens of properties with other estate agents, and I found the estage agent from B&B in charge of my search (she was called Nina) the best I've ever come across. I found her style and approach very professional. I liked that she let me view the property on my own to start with, leaving me to absorb the space without being pestered which often happens with other agents. She never put pressure on me while still showing enthusiasm. The balance was just right. She was also genuinely friendly. GoogleMarika at the St John's Wood location just found us an amazing apartment and she has been nothing short of amazing! She has made my wife and I feel like we were not a burden and spent the time explaining everything to us and even asking all of our questions even after hours. We had used a lot of estate agents and I had previously liked a young gentleman at another agency. But Marika just went above and beyond to make us feel Like we were in good hands. If you are renting a flat then I can truly recommend the Battersea Park branch of Chestertons . I've been renting through them now for over ten years and I've hardly had a day when my property has been empty. Their ability to find new tenants, fix whatever needs fixing and manage every detail of the changeover of tenants is truly amazing. They have an excellent team in Camillo Degregorio, Charlie Carter & Andrew Ogley who keep you posted with developments and more importantly just get the job done. You may think this review is a little over the top but I can promise you is no exaggeration.
