Great experience with property management/refurbishment services

I'm a landlord who has had their property managed by Chestertons for many years now and overall I've had a great experience with them. My current property manager is Shruthi Purswani, and she's been excellent. She's recently helped me with a tricky situation. She is very professional and is quick to respond. I've also had experience with their refurbishment services, which I would also recommend. I plan to do more work with them in the future. Our contact was Elizabeth Joyce who over saw the work. She liaised with the contractors, kept us up to date and addressed any concerns promptly. We are very happy with the final result.

Isaiah Samuels- Despite joining well into our tenancy, Isaiah was extremely proactive in trying to resolve our issues and give his best efforts in all our interactions. We had several issues with the landlord and previous property managers who were unable to get approval to carry out repair works. Isaiah swiftly carried this out shortly after joining and made the rest of our tenancy smooth! As tenants, this is what we look for in agencies rather than those who only protect landlord interests. I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. Incompetence throughout

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.

Do not do business with them. They let a tradesman into my home without telling me. They gave him a key and he just opened the door. I thought I heard something upstairs. I walked up there and there was a man standing in my kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how terrifying that is? They have messed up on many occasions.
