Ryan Briggs took over managing my…

Ryan Briggs took over managing my apartment about 6 months ago and it was safe to say that prior to it, it took awhile for responses to my queries. While he seems rather swamped (judging by the out of office messages I get when I send messages), he makes it a point to reply, albeit, a couple of days later. He acts professionally and is quick to understand my concerns and follow up on them. I sense that he is very service oriented and with more time, he will do an even better job. Glad to have him as my property manager.

Very smooth and pleasant experience. The communication with Stav was great and he was very helpful. The only bad experience is that Chestertons operates with TenantShop. They will call you a thousand times even though you decline the service and in our case they processed an electricity company change without our consent. It would be great not having to deal with the TenantShop and only with Chestertons. Highly recommend Chestertons as an agency.

Excellent care and customer service. I dealt with Abbi Harap and she was very responsive and found me what I was looking for very quickly. I enjoyed dealing with her and she took all my concerns into account given and explained anything that was unclear.
