I'm an overseas landlord and hired Chestertons to manage my flat. From charging me £90 to literally change a lightbulb to taking several months to fix a crucial structural problem in the house, these people have been incompetent from day one. They take forever to respond, have no clear 'chain of command, and they overcharge for absolutely everything. Scammers. Do not recommend!

The agent showing the flat was polite and responsive and the agent managing my flat is very kind as well and very quick in responding to my emails and addressing any issues raised. They complete regular checks on the flat conditions (fire alarms, elettrical, gas, etc.) which is also great as it ensures the flat is in good conditions.
