Isaiah Samuels- Despite joining well into our tenancy, Isaiah was extremely proactive in trying to resolve our issues and give his best efforts in all our interactions. We had several issues with the landlord and previous property managers who were unable to get approval to carry out repair works. Isaiah swiftly carried this out shortly after joining and made the rest of our tenancy smooth! As tenants, this is what we look for in agencies rather than those who only protect landlord interests. Do not do business with them. They let a tradesman into my home without telling me. They gave him a key and he just opened the door. I thought I heard something upstairs. I walked up there and there was a man standing in my kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how terrifying that is? They have messed up on many occasions.

I have rented my flat out with Chestertons/James Pendleton for a number of years. Their property manager Sam is outstanding and has made renting the flat out very straightforward. He is brilliant at managing problems or sorting things out if they go wrong at the property - always very quick to respond and works hard to ensure that I pay a reasonable but not extortionate amount for products and services if required.The wider lettings team are usually very responsive and quick to sort out marketing material, contracts etc when there is a change in tenants.
