GoogleJ'aime was amazingly helpful. We had to decline on a property we had planned to move into on the following day and were in a terrible time crunch to find something new. I called her and she organized options and viewings on Very short notice. Within 30 minutes of my call! She followed up with us through the day and put me in contact with specific agents in the other areas we were interested in and passed along our specific criteria. She was really a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend reaching out to her for anyone in the stressful position of flat hunting.

Awful agency with zero regard for tenants privacy, rights, or common courtesy. Extremely negative experience with them. Avoid at all costs. I would never consider them to purchase a house after their complete disregard for customer service to tenants.

Very bad experience with this agency. They promise the moon, but once you've signed with them is it the complete opposite, and they'll simply ignore you when you need them.

Don’t go with Chestertons or you’ll regret it. 4 renegotiations, to be told a week before I move for work purposes it’s not worked out. Horrible service, pressure sales, texts at 1am. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
