Asha provided assistance with resolving hot water issue in my property which was a similar issue incurred less than a year previously. After an initial quote, she followed up with the original contractor and co-ordinated an efficient and effective solution at a realistic cost.

GoogleI had a disappointing experience with Chesterton's Hyde Park office, particularly with an agent named Hamza Chaudhry. He was rude and argumentative when I asked a simple question. Additionally, he canceled an appointment just 10 minutes before the viewing, citing "I don't have the keys," and never bothered to reschedule. Furthermore, his lack of professionalism was particularly disappointing compared to the other offices we’ve worked with.

Worst agency - stay away from these criminals. As a former tenant, I would like to share that Chestertons tried to impose a rent increase that was at odds with our tenancy agreement. Not sure where you come from, but in most countries violations of contract law are punished. It’s amazing that this agency still exists given their illegal practices.
