Having our property managed by this estate agents has been a blessing. Not only are both ladies professional, they are honest in the advice they give you. Everything is transparent and upfront. They notify me prior to any work that needs doing confirm a price with me then arrange the work to be done. Rental payments are paid on-time, every time. Both ladies know their trade inside out and keep up to date with any regulation change. If we are in the situation to buy/sell/rent again these are my go to agents every time. I will always recommend these agents to anyone who's looking to rent buy or sell. We have just bought a house and the sellers used Twinley. I cannot express how much these ladies have done for us. They are truly amazing. We are first time buyers and we didn't know what we were doing and they were so helpful when we had questions or needed some advice. They even helped us chase all of the solicitors! I first came across Twinley when I was viewing a property to buy - The viewing was firstly with Saffron. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions there and then (my usual experience with estate agents is the 'let me find that out for you & i'll call you later' scenario). It wasn't long after this I decided to put my flat on the market, unsure of what agent to go with Saffron's service stood out in my mind - I had viewed many properties by this point so used the experience I had with estate agents to date to think how I would want a potential buyer of my current property to be dealt with. Twinley stood out at this aspect & was definitely the choice for me. After instructing Twinley to value my property and this time meeting Amber, I was happy again that I had made the right choice! Amber too was super professional, friendly & knowledgeable with all aspects including the local area, the property style, the leasehold aspects.. As the sale progressed Covid-19 struck & we were worried that all things sale would come to a halt, however Amber kept the ball rolling & was updating me on a weekly basis. She also helped with dealing with solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. Nothing was too much of an ask for Amber to deal with. Even now we have moved, she has helped us with negotiating picking up post from our previous address! This is a bit of a long review (and i don't usually leave reviews) but I dealt with Twinley a lot over the last few months and I couldnt praise the service & staff more!! Twinleys were absolutely fabulous in dealing with our sale, despite it being in slightly difficult circumstances. Amber, Saffron, Jess, Tamara and Dan were all absolutely amazing and you can always get hold of someone and emails are responded to promptly. Twinley did an amazing job, after being let down by another agent (Liddington Bone) Amber, Saffron & team did a professional job of listing our property, got us loads of viewings and a quick sale, they chased our buyers (slow!) solicitor regularly and kept in contact. Twinley acted as the agents in the sale of my late mother's house. I could not fault them in the slightest. Despite the sale falling through twice through no fault of their own they had it back on the market immediately and had new offers within 24 hours, with the fina sale going through at the original asking price( which had been the highest of the estate agent valuations I had received). The whole team were so helpful throughout our sale. Our main contact was Tamara who took the time to understand our circumstances and take photos of our house. The team would call us with updates and if we were unable to take the call, they’d always leave a voicemail to let us know so we could ring them back. I wouldn't recommend Twinley very unprofessional. When going to view a property they didn't have the keys we had to wait while colleagues argued on the phone. After viewing the house we made an offer of asking they then said someone else had done the same. We then increased our offer which was matched by another. After providing them proof of funds they the vendor chose the other interested party. No reason was provided. I don't really want to name the lady that dealt with us but all I would suggest is some training and some aftercare.
