We used Ibbett Mosely as our estate agents to buy our very first house. Some other estate agents put us off straight away even before viewing the house because they were so cold and extremely unfriendly, but Deborah from Ibbet Mosely had such passion and care and made us fall in love with our house from the start. Throughout the process, they contacted us frequently, even through the stress of moving, they instantly put us at ease. The knowledge, customer care and most importantly, communication was fantastic, even answering emails outside of their working hours. I couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents from the minute they did the valuations, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The viewing were extremely well managed and the staff in the offices were so polite, kind and considerate when arranging the details. Deborah did an outstanding job at the time of accepting an offer and handled all negotiations to to a quality that I cannot even describe, it was faultless. She made every effort to find the best buyer and kept me updated every step of our process. The other factor that i want to say thank you for was the detail and support in navigating me through the legal process, liaising with soliciters and facilities management companies which relieved so much stress during the pandemic. Can’t recommend them enough and absolutely would use them again and again!!!!

Ibbett Mosley tried to sell me a property which they had no right to market as no diligence had been done on the seller-who had no right to sell. 3 months in and still no formal response to my complaint
