GoogleDo not use ever! Very poor communication
Mr Maskell, we are very sorry to see that you have given us a 1 star review, especially the fact that you have mentioned poor communication, which we feel is unfair given the circumstances. Naturally, we will not go into detail on here as it would not be right to do so, but what we will say is that we have done everything that we have been asked to regarding the property you called in about and have communicated as we have been instructed to. This was explained to you when you called in, so with respect, we do feel that ‘poor communication’ is certainly not the case from our side. You are of course entitled to your opinion, and we respect all feedback, we just feel a 1 star review in this situation is extremely unjust.
