Shockingly bad service. They don’t respond to calls or emails. No contact for the first three weeks I was with them. Only two viewing in over 50 days. House wasn’t advertised for a week. On sights it said house was no longer on the market. Found out myself when other agents started contacting me! Was told the reason for this was a problem with Right move. This is now being denied. I’ve asked to put in a formal complaint but have been told I can ONLY complaint to the branch manager. He is the person I want to complain about !! AND now they are forcing me to stay for a 16 day notice period or a threatening me with two sets of agents fees if I go to another agent before this ends Doesn’t even deserve 1star

Just like to say what a fantastic job Lisa Netherway has done for us on the Beaumont Court development. Its a shame the same couldn't be said of the developers. despite the fact that the development should have completed iaround January, Lisa has never hidden herself away and has basically took it all on herself to take all the flak due to the late completion of the property. She is always very pleasant and informative and hasn't tried to sugar coat the numerous delays. I would deal with Lisa again anytime. Her bosses are very lucky to have her. If I could have given her more stars than five I would.
