GoogleI put a review on earlier regarding hearts estate agent in Westcliff I was not talking about this estate agents it was another estate agents very similar to Hart I find harts estate agent in Westcliff to be most professional caring and endurance to their customers needs . Staff act in a respectful manner and I most pleasant I would recommend anyone to go there

We had viewings booked with you a few weeks back but have not heard from you since and you have not at any point advised that you were no longer looking for a property or that you no longer wanted to receive marketing alerts. We pride ourselves on our communication levels and keeping applicants up to date with all of the latest properties, which is what you advised you were happy with when you registered with us, hence us trying to make contact with you. I think it a shame and unnecessary that you opted to give us a 1 star review for us doing our job professionally rather than just respond to us directly to ask to be removed from our mailing list, which we would've done straight away for you, and will do now for you, but we appreciate the feedback all the same.

GoogleLisa Neatherway. She is amazing! She is very helpful, really nice to talk to and easy going, lisa was always at the other end of the phone and could always answer our questions. She helped and guided us through our first time buy, we couldn’t of asked for anything or anyone better. She would always go that extra mile to make sure everything was in place.

Through Paula I was kept well informed of developments, phone calls were always speedily answered and the whole experience has been far less stressful than I anticipated. Facebookthe staff at heart, Westcliff on sea were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional they viewed our house, agreed a sale price and after some negotiations, we received just under our expected price. we would happily use them again. All the staff were great, but if i had to pick some favourites, it would be Harry, Natalie-Claire and Jake
