I purchased a property via Town and Country. I would like to thank Alan Doughty for all his hard work going out of his way to be helpful and co-operative which I so appreciated. I would highly recommend Town and Country.

FacebookWe had a lovely experience with Town and Country buying our first house! Highly recommended 😀 *edit* We also used their mortgage advice service and again, Oliver was fantastic, talking us through exactly what we needed to know.

FacebookSelling with Town and Country was a great decision, and I am glad I did. The whole team exceeded my expectations and were always on the end of the phone, even helping with the buying of my new house with another estate agent, as they were less than helpful or knowledgeable Tim, Oli and Alice have been the A team from from start to finish. Thank you!! I would 100% recommend

FacebookAfter a long time currently on the market with my current estate agent I required some impartial advice on as to why my house simply wasnt selling. I messaged Oli on a Sunday evening, a bit cheeky! but within no time at all Oli replied and had all the answers to all my questions. As i am not a customer of Town and Country Estates at present i found this to be great service and i would highly recommend them in future. :)

FacebookA massive thank you to Town and country, Tim for valuing our house and getting it on the market the following day, to Brad for selling it within 24hours, to Oli for sorting our mortgage and insurances, to Alice for keeping us up to date with the process. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys, we cannot thank them enough, and highly recommend them.

FacebookThis is the second time we have sold through Town And Country and again it was brilliant. Everyone in the office was always very helpful and updated us when necessary. Our house sold very quickly and I definitely put that down to the top effort Town And Country put in getting to know their buyers. Very efficient and great all round estate agent, would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property! - 5 Star!

GoogleTown & Country Westbury successfully sold our property within a few weeks of marketing, their marketing fees were highly competitive, we were pleased with the amount of advertising and promotion our property received. We were extremely proactive & forward thinking for our solicitors to enable a smooth & quick progression of our sale, & the subsequent purchase went through very smoothly.

FacebookWe have used T & C 5 times, we would not use anyone else. They sold our last house in 3 days and did all the chasing that was needed, and giving us weekly updates. We could not fault Tim, Ollie and their Team. Excellent service all round.

GoogleAmazing, Brad and Oliver have made buying our first house so much better. Any mixed messages from the solicitors were made so much easier when talking to Brad or Oliver. Honestly I couldn't recommend them any higher. Absolutely perfect and couldn't have possibly asked for more. Thank you Town and Country.
