Louis from Leese & Nagle Estate Agents helped us through several challenges and unexpected decisions when selling our house and juggling a purchase. Easy and reliable communication with him and the entire team, super emotional support (I did not know that we would need it 😉), proactive in their work on managing chains and explaining to us the criteria to consider in our decisions and time lines. They had excellent local knowledge and helped us to get a very good price for our house. I’m a local Businessman within Stoke Bishop who owns Welcome Co-op & therefore wanted a local agent to deal with my residential sale. I originally purchased my property through Leese & Nagle & with previous dealings with Robert Nagle I decided to use them again. Robert Nagle & his team are just fantastic!! When I decided to put my property onto the market, Robert had come to visit me at the property & brought with him details of properties that were similar to mine & the price I could possibly get. Robert suggested a price & I thought it was worth more so it went on the market at the slightly higher price that I thought the property was worth. Anyway we had a few viewings just before Christmas but it didn’t come to any offers. Robert then called me & advised me that in the New Year it might be worth dropping the price to what he had originally suggested. Well what can I say the first viewing in the New Year & offered me full asking price & now I’m due to complete on the sale. I’m so grateful to Robert & the team. In short, Leese and Nagle thoroughly deserve a 5 star plus review. They stand head and shoulders above their 'high street' competition and unlike other agencies I have used, their professionalism and dedication shone through. I can say that Leese and Nagle earned every penny of their commission. Would I use them again? - Yes. Would I recommend them to others? - Absolutely! We first tried a 'high street' agency and we got mediocrity, my wife described them as 'asleep at the wheel'. A change of agent was needed and after a truly professional and honest presentation from Robert Nagle we decided to try Leese and Nagle. Honestly, we never looked back.
