We bought our first home through Leese & Nagel a few years ago and as a result of the positive experience we had then, we were keen to use them when we came to move on to a new home. Louis was very professional, honest and had a personal touch, which we very much valued and gave us a lot of confidence. The process was all very smooth, the house was listed quickly and we had a swift sale. Louis was very tentative, especially when we were nearing completion and helped to alleviate any concerns. He didn’t disrespect other companies, when he came to value the house. Which I really admired. I had 3 valuations with different companies. Louis handled my sale and did all 11 viewings , 3 second viewings . And went through all my offers and options , to enable me to make a good informed choice. We cannot rate the team at westbury on trym highly enough. From the start of our sale process to the finish they have been attentive, communicative, friendly and professional. Robert Nagle’s knowledge of the local market is second to none and the advice both he and Louis gave us helped us both pitch and market our property to maximum effect. Viewings were painless, the sales ‘strategy’ spot on and the after sales team of Sam and Katherine chased up the various parties on a regular basis and gave us a weekly up date. Most of all Robert and the team were friendly, approachable and seemingly available 24/7. They were also competitive with other local agents. On the whole can’t praise them high enough.

As first time buyers (with one failed purchase under our belt) we entered into the transaction anxious and expecting to be pressured. From the first viewing, we were so impressed with Robert and the team. The viewings were hosted calmly and honestly, and from offer to exchange Sam and Louis were empathetic, patient and made us feel so comfortable and in control. Real professionals who really treated us like people, with compassion for the fact that buying a property is incredibly stressful. Chris has just sold my house for me and I cannot express how easy Chris made it all happen. From start to finish Chris has been amazing, Chris talked me through every step of the process, gave me expert advice at every stage.
