GoogleI found the staff at Andrews very helpful during the buying process, but I did have a problem with the removal of the For Sale Board once I had moved in, a few weeks later my brother eventually took it back to the shop then the next day the van came round to pick it up - the driver said he had only just been notified. GoogleBeware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

GoogleI decided to move in September and set about getting three valuations. I already had a price in mind and this was confirmed. I decided to use Andrews as I immediately felt comfortable with the person who did the valuation. I found him to be non pushy and utterly professional. All correspondence was first class and the way the house was presented looked great. I was fortunate that the property sold within 2 days. I was always kept up to date with progress and all staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Andrews Estate Agents.

GoogleMy wife and I sold our house last year through Andrews Westbury on Trym. It was a large chain and a long process, Andrews were fantastic throughout, managing the many parties involved and keeping us informed throughout. All the staff were knowledgeable of our sale during the process and we would often pop in to discuss the sale with them. Their independent mortgage advisor was also extremely useful and he was able to organise the best possible mortgage deal for us. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI've used Andrews Estate Agents to sell two properties in Bristol for me in the last year. One in Southmead and one in Brentry. On both occasions the properties sold very quickly and everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and courteous. The agents handled everything for me and I didn't have to get involved which was very useful for me because I live a couple of hours away. Everyone I dealt with there knew who I was when i called and were quickly able to give me updates on the process. I would thoroughly recommend Andrews.

GoogleWe have used this branch of Andrews to buy and sell on several occasions in the last few years...and I have to say that they have always been brilliant. The team have been excellent in finding us suitable houses to look at then have been really helpful at viewings. Once an offer is accepted, they also provide a good service through to completion. There are always times when things don't go smoothly with any sale or purchase and the communications provided by Andrews to smooth the process through at these points has been great.
