GoogleThoroughly recommended. In a chain of four, KFH, not our agents, our vendors, were the most proactive by a country mile. We had a leasehold at the bottom and probate at the top and from offer to being in our new house it took 9 weeks and 1 day....and I can honestly say that might not have been so short if not for Laura's efforts. Would be our first port of call if we ever sell. Thanks all! Cheers, Chris.

GoogleI'm unable to fault the service from KFH West Wickham. I e-mailed several agent regarding the property sale, they were the first to come back within 24 hours and the sales agent, Laura Maikovaite, arranged to meet me at the property within a day or so. Clear contract and upfront inclusive fees, personal contact with a named person (and named alternate if she was away) and absolutely minimal hassle from my viewpoint. Laura handled everything from viewing to liaising with both sets of solicitors, fixed the Energy Performance inspection and kept me completely in the loop, I know some on-line services are cheaper, but the quality of service and the way all hassle was minimised was well worth the extra. I would recommend KFH West Wickham to anyone.

GoogleBang on the money...... Do not waste your time with any other agents in the high street. The girls at KFH West Wickham are outstanding at their job. We had lots of problems with our sale and purchase and they had to 'by pass' other agents who where completely useless in order to complete our transaction. Well done to Vanessa in particular for a massive effort to manage everyone in the chain and remain completely professional through out. We can't thank you enough.

GoogleTestimonial KF&H are simply the best. Lindsay has a fabulous team of experienced staff who are very professional in their approach. They are a credit to the profession and their company; other estate agents could take a leaf from KF&H's book. We say this because their level of communication is second to none. We have sold three houses and have recently bought our fourth and have used various estate agents and none have reached their standard of service.

GoogleHaving initially been on the market with an e-agent we switched to KFH as we felt we weren't getting enough viewings. With KFH our viewing footfall more than tripled and they managed every element of the sale with great communication and a lot of flexibility to suit us. Once we had a sale in place the team were absolutely fantastic, Laura in particular went above and beyond what was expected to make sure our chain went through in a timely fashion. Even now 3 weeks on from moving the team are extremely helpful with any last bits and pieces to tidy up - we cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleKFH are very friendly, helpful and professional. Laura came round to value our property when we were deciding whether to extend/refurbish or move. She has excellent local knowledge and gave us some good advice as well as a valuation and kept in touch. Subsequently my daughter and her fiancé started looking to buy a house and visited KFH to get property details/information about the local market. They were so impressed with Laura's enthusiasm and efficiency in identifying likely properties, giving some background on them and the number of property details they received. She was very prompt at arranging viewings and helpful throughout the buying process. They are now very happy in their new house. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend KFH to anyone buying or selling locally!

GoogleAnother excellent experience with the KFH staff at West Wickham. From start to finish they were professional and on the ball. Admin and transactional aspects were handled seamlessly, and they made every effort to accommodate our house viewing times, which weren't always within standard working hours. The whole team were able to help when we called, and we very grateful that they engaged with the solicitors on both sides to make sure everything completed smoothly and on time. First rate service.

GoogleHardworking, small friendly team at KFH West Wickham. I find the team at this branch extremely professional. Laura at KFH worked hard to help me find my current house. Given the market at the time of my purchase was moving very fast it helped that the branch were smart and quick and contacted me as soon as any new suitable properties came onto the market. The branch always kept me up-to-date and fully in the loop at all times with regards to solicitors, timing and exchange of contracts etc which was very helpful

GoogleI used KFH West Wickham first for a valuation of my father's property when he passed away, and later to sell the property. From the first meeting to the completion they were nice to deal with, pro-active, extremely good at keeping me in the loop with developments. I deal with plenty of estate agents in my work life (removals/house clearances) and competence levels can be seriously questionable, but KFH WW were an example of how they all should be - absolutely on the ball throughout the process. Perhaps not as cheap as some, particularly these new "do it all yourself" estate agents, but frankly for taking the stress out of the process, particularly at the stressful time after the loss of my father, they were worth every penny. Plus I have a distinct feeling that they got more for the property than other agents would have, which probably paid for the difference anyway! In summary - excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.

She managed to achieve the price which she predicted which we found to be aligned with market conditions. We had faith in her, and she delivered. We found Hari, one of the Associates very courteous and attentive in dealing with the situation and Charlene manages the Branch well.
