I was dreading a pushy estate agent but everyone I spoke to was accommodating and patient. The hamper upon completion was a lovely touch too. I would definitely recommend their services!

FacebookThey're not your typical estate agents, more like trusted partners who will guide you through the process of buying and selling. We first met Kapil and hit it off straight away. His knowledge and passion for his work shines through and is combined with a refreshing no nonsense approach. We also used their House Butler service for buying our new home and saved thousands while having a load of stress lifted off us. The fees are clear and the service is great, can't recommend the team and Black + Blanc highly enough.

FacebookWe recently sold our house through Black + Blanc and would highly reccomend their services to anyone putting their property on the market. Being an independent agency and communicating directly with the directors, you can quickly tell that your custom counts and is ultimately valued (unlike the big glossy franchises). Kapil worked hard and found our buyers as soon as lockdown restrictions were lifted. Their marketing includes 3D redendering virtual tours which is a nice touch and a cut above the usual video tours. Our Sale progressed with some minor delays due to the current climate, however the overall process went smoothly. If you want a well priced, quick sale with great communication, these are your guys!

FacebookWe had a great experience with Kapil, David and the rest of the team. We were about to work with one of the local estate agent when we receive a quote from Black + Blanc. After a first meeting with Kapil, we could feel the difference with other agencies. He came with an in depth local market analysis to ensure we could price our property at the level for us but as well potential buyers, spotting the nice features and selling points of our property. Professional photographer came on site and pictures were awesome. We were under offer in no time and rest of the process was more than smooth with close follow-up from Kapil. Our requests / concerns were always taken care of until completion. The gift at completion day is a nice gesture to celebrate an important milestone. We recommended Black + Blanc to friends who sold their property with them.To Black + Blanc, thank you again!

GoogleNever trust this company or people who worked, they will just take you money and you won’t see neither your money or place you buying or renting again! I was going ahead with renting a place and paid part of the deposit for them to know I’m serious about the rent and David ( so called landlord) said he will send me the contract the same day. Guess what, no contract, no money, no one answering the calls !!!
