We recently had our property valued by Pat from the Ross on Wye branch and went ahead with the pre-sales process. Halfway through, we decided to stay at our property as some land came up for sale next to the house (which is what we were looking for). We were lucky enough to find our dream property via the Ross-on-Wye branch of Fine and Country. It was the end of a long journey of house viewings over many counties in the west of England. The team at the Ross-on-Wye branch were exemplary. From our initial viewing with Ceri to being met at the property by Patrick on the day we moved in, all of our interactions were very friendly and professional. Ceri was really good fun; we really enjoyed that first viewing. Patrick went above and beyond on our moving-in day by waiting at the property late into the evening to welcome us to our new home after a long drive across country from our previous home. As buyers, we couldn't ask for more. I think the seller should be happy too. The advertising materials for the house were very high end. F&C really do show off their properties to their best. I don't expect we will ever sell our dream home, but if we were to, then we would be using Fine and Country in Ross-on-Wye for sure.

Fab agency to buy from!!! As an estate agent myself, I've crossed paths with many a cowboy in this industry giving hard-working, honest estate agents a bad name! So it's safe to say, i was pretty sceptical, especially seeing as I was purchasing from an agency I hadn't heard of before. But honestly, I couldn't be happier with how responsive, helpful, and understanding Amelia was! From start to finish, she was great! She wasn't pushy or condescending, she was super approachable and personable. Nothing was too much effort for her. I expressed I was nervous as I didn't know the area and had never lived alone. She went out of her way to speak to each of the occupants in the building and sent me over a little blurb about them. This was the clincher for me.
