I cannot recommend Jason Ferguson and the team at the Shoreham branch of Oakleys highly enough. It is by far the most positive experience I have had with an estate agents to date, I only wish that I had used them to sell my property also. The team were highly professional and knowledgeable, and Jason kept the ball rolling during the lengthly process of our purchase. The team maintained in contact and always responded to my requests and communication promptly. A fantastic estate agent providing an top notch service, I couldn't fault anything. Thanks you so much for getting me there! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

From the initial valuation right through to completion we couldn't fault the service we got from the entire Oakley team at the Shoreham branch. We saw a number of Estate Agents before going with Nick and his team and what swung it for us was their straightforward - 'non-salesy' valuation meeting and personalised follow-up letter. Despite the sales process being very frustrating with 2 fall-throughs.... Each time the team Jason and Emily had back-up plans and worked hard to get people back through door very quickly ....in fact the house sold 3 times over - each time within a week of it being re-listed! Emails were always responded to very quickly and if they couldn't get an answer the same day, they always gave timeframes and stuck to them. Sara was always on hand to answer any administrative queries we had and got all paperwork out to us quickly and the whole team were professional and reassuring throughout. If only they had an office in Worthing, we would definitely use them to sell our next house when it is time. Thank you to Emily, Jason, Sara and Nick - We really enjoyed working with you.

Nick the manager was 100% the best person to deal with the letting of our property. From the start Nick, and also Tina could not have made it an better. We had refurbished the whole house a lot slower than anticipated. As we live so far away Nick sourced some work people for us. He is worth his weight in gold. Nick and his team were great throughout the sale of our house. They didnt give any silly estimates on the sale price just to gain our business. They marketed the property well and we sold it within a week. The sale itself became a bit of a long, drawn out, frustrating experience that wasn't helped by the solicitors who take an age to do anything. Nick and his team went above and beyond during this time and helped get it over the line. During the whole thing the biggest compliment I can give Nick was that he remained level headed and was a very calming influence during a less than calming experience. The girls in the office were also very supportive and I would highly recommend Oakleys, not just because they sold our house quickly but because of the support they gave us through the whole house selling process.

Although the house we desperately wanted did not materialize mainly because the seller was not realistic with the value of his property , and compared to other neighbouring properties nick remained professional, he tried to negotiate the sale but all his hard work unfortunately could not secure a sale, we were impressd with his competence and knowledge and his patience throughout the whole process. We have now started the process again with other agents and oakley are definitely in a different class altogether, thankyou to nick for trying so hard for me and my family , we wish him well for the future and his upcoming wedding
