GoogleUnfortunately Tom has moved on and since everything has gone down hill. Really poor service, the worst experiences we’ve had with an agent. They constantly get things wrong, one gives you one story and then another says something totally different, to another part of the chain, all 3 parties involved haven’t a good word to say about them. We gave up in the end and moved to another agent(MM). This was after they lost us our first buyer due to their incompetence. I would not recommend these, very unpleasant and definitely unprofessional, beware.
Dear Steve, thank you for allowing me to discuss your concerns over your recent purchase and sale. As promised I have conducted a full review and sent this to you via email, I am yet to receive a response but if you feel it would be more beneficial to discuss personally then please let me know. I can understand how disappointing it is when a buyer withdraws from a sale. This was out of our control but we are pleased that you managed to secure a buyer and continue your purchase through Mayhews. We are very sorry you felt the service we delivered fell way below your expectations, please be rest assured we will do everything we can to continue to offer you a great service as we have done in the past. We wish you all the best in your new home.
