Greenways Property: Above and Beyond

Michael and Emma at Greenways property really went above and beyond to help me find and rent. I was under some very tight timelines, but Michael's expertise helped both outline possible timeframes that the processes could take as well streamline these processes to keep them to a minimum. Michael also put in the hours on the weekend of a Bank Holiday to help smooth everything over as best as possible and bring matters to a close as quick as they can. In addition to that, all the paperwork and referencing were smoothly handled, and Michael was never more than a phone call away.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Michael Keilthy at Greenways Property who handled the sale of my mother's flat in Hove. Michael made the whole process so smooth - he is so knowledgeable about the property market and always prompt in replying to any questions that I raised. I know sometimes estate agents get a negative press but Michael was so professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Plus the sale commission fee was the lowest I was quoted and I wanted to support an independent family run firm. In the future if I decide to sell my own flat and move Michael at Greenways will be the first person I will contact.
