GoogleGarnham H Bewley have been fantastic with their help and support in finding us a new house. After introducing us to the first house their communication between us and them was clear and easy. Unfortunately we were gazumped by another Estate Agent in the area on this property and GHB were there to support and ultimately found us another stunning property. Sam, Shaun and the rest of the team were faultless in getting us over the finish line. They were on hand all the time and were in constant contact with regular progress updates. Amazing service, trustworth and all round brilliant service. Thank you so much.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of all the team at Garnham H Bewley. We were delighted with their service, communication, marketing & overall property advice. We marketed & sold in very challenging market conditions and Garnham’s professionalism didn’t waiver. They offered market and property value advice throughout. We valued their expertise every step of the way. I rarely feel leave reviews but having recently seen some negative comments I wanted to provide a counter opinion from the same property chain. Personally, I would highly recommend Garnham H Bewley to anyone buying and/or selling in the East Grinstead area.

GoogleThese guys are great. From the beginning of our search they helped us all the way, we had many of viewings with them. Every time something new came up they would always call. That's how we found our house, if Shaun hadn't of called me we probably would have lost out. Throughout the whole process they continued to help each step. Nothing was a problem. They always kept in contact to let me know where we were. So thanks to Adam and Duncan and big shout out to Shaun.

GoogleAbsolutely useless! communication was non existant, they got details of the property incorrect, just an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Can't imagine the seller who actually paid for these services was particularly pleased either as he had asked them to let us know that he would be collecting some goods from the property after completion but these guys failed to inform us so we threw it all away as it was cluttering up the front garden! Do yourself a favour and go to move revolution in East Grinstead instead, the level of service is miles above a anything you will receive here!

Hi Will, Thanks for taking the time to write us a review, but we are a little confused with regards to the communication being non existent. I’ve looked back over our records and it shows there were in excess of 100 emails/phone calls, throughout the transaction, but if you would like to call us to let us know where we could improve upon this, then we always welcome constructive criticism. The same applies with regards to the property details. I would kindly ask you to explain further, as all of our property adverts are signed off by our vendors prior to marketing, to ensure they are correct. With regards to completion, our vendor did in fact fail to clear the property in time and in line with the signed contract, the property should have been cleared. So, although you didn't tell us he had left items there, you had every right to throw away what you did. We clearly cannot be held responsible for what our vendors may leave at the houses upon completion. We work very closely with the team at Move Revolution and have done for many years. A good set of photos promoted the property and the viewings generated were well arranged around our availability. We were kept informed of the sale process throughout. GoogleThe whole team at Garnham H Bewley are simply the best. They are all extremely polite, professional and helpful. Sam, who I dealt with the most, went above and beyond to assist me. He was always so calm, patient and went out of his way to check, chase and constantly keep me up to date. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI put my Late Father’s retirement for sale with them. 1. They did not share the photos with me prior to marketing. 2. They did not let me know when they were putting on the market. 3. I gave them 6 weeks exclusivity as per the contract, during the 6 weeks I had no contact whatsoever from them. If it were my business Without any viewings within the first two weeks I would have suggested reducing the price - but no contact. 4. After 7 weeks I emailed Mr Bewley himself to voice my disappointment about the lack of contact and to complain. Guess what! No reply but just take the property off the market. Absolute rubbish service. I quote from their regular door to door deliveries of which one was posted through the property they had for sale during the six week period….. “Is your agent…. - Calling you with updates? - Working hard to get you moving? - Getting you viewings and giving you feedback? If the answer to any of the above is “no” then why not give us a call today” Well reading my review I am sure that you would know why not to give them a call.
