Living at Kingsmere Park has been incredible. We've made wonderful friends in our neighbours, and it truly feels like we've been able to turn our new house into a home. Highly recommend!

GoogleIt’s a great shame that our government has forced builders to build on flood plains. Despite a valiant attempt by Bellway to mitigate the water logged fields, nature will out. See recent flooding images of West Parley. King Canute springs to mind. How much longer do we all have to suffer poor planning decisions? My wish is that Dorset Council planners turn their attention to getting builders to regenerate existing towns in Dorset to provide the much needed new homes.

Too many false dawns with promised offers for our property sadly resulted in us missing 2 properties on the same site but finally we have a buyer and placed a deposit on a new property "Good Friday" (and it was a Good Friday).

GoogleAnyone who buys a house there will be crying for the rest of their lives. The place is water logged. We used to camp in that field in the 80s it was only fit for the ducks. I can't see any housing not suffering severe dampness. Can't see any special foundation to stop the rising water.
