GoogleHaving secured a property at the Bellway Development Langmead Place in Angmering, I am both delighted to have done so and have had my expectations far exceeded by the process. In particular by the sales representative Sam Jones. Sam has made this a very seamless and pleasant experience, and her customer support, product knowledge and customer communication have been exceptional. I could not have asked for more in what can be a challenging experience. Rarely have I experienced a better customer experience, and my sincere thanks to Sam, who is a credit to Bellway.

GoogleWe are so pleased with the service we were provided when buying our new house at Langmead Place. Sam has gone above and beyond the service we expected and has been an amazing help at every stage, we couldn't have asked for a better sales representative and cannot praise her enough! We have every faith that we will be looked after by Sam and the excellent team in the years to come in our beautiful new house!

GoogleWe've had an amazing experience buying our first Bellway home at Kingsmere Park. Jess and Tom have been absolutely brilliant, they guided us through every step of the process and turned what could have been a stressful time into an enjoyable and exciting journey. No question was ever too big or too small, they were always ready to help. Living at Kingsmere Park has been incredible. We've made wonderful friends in our neighbours, and it truly feels like we've been able to turn our new house into a home. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe had the best experience moving into Kingsmere park. High quality houses with no complaints. Have heard negative things about new builds previously but I couldnβt recommend this place more! Not only is it a brilliant property and community, Bellway made our experience super straightforward. Thank you Jess and Tom for brilliant guidance within the moving process. They really went above and beyond and made the process so much easier.

GoogleAfter many visits you would think they would be fed up with me here, but quite the contrary, the service from Jess was first class, tirelessly answering my many questions and showing me many plots and back and forth but always professional and non pressuring to an eventual conclusion and a purchase on plot 39! I must Jess and her fellow Colleague Tom were simply above and beyond service, attitude, professionalism and great people and Jess especially helping from start to finish - thank you so very much Jess - outstanding ππ

GoogleItβs a great shame that our government has forced builders to build on flood plains. Despite a valiant attempt by Bellway to mitigate the water logged fields, nature will out. See recent flooding images of West Parley. King Canute springs to mind. How much longer do we all have to suffer poor planning decisions? My wish is that Dorset Council planners turn their attention to getting builders to regenerate existing towns in Dorset to provide the much needed new homes.

GoogleBellway West Parley - Bournemouth, Dorset. GREAT experience ! Tom / Jess have been so helpful in our long pursuit of securing a new home at West Parley. Too many false dawns with promised offers for our property sadly resulted in us missing 2 properties on the same site but finally we have a buyer and placed a deposit on a new property "Good Friday" (and it was a Good Friday). Tom and Jess have been so professional, so helpful and understanding. Thanks The purchase is now progressing, and we are both delighted ! Many thanks for everything Julian & Amanda
