They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.
